kalmcoffee.com is operated by KALM. By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Products
We try to show our products, colors and descriptions as accurately as possible. Packaging may change slightly from what’s pictured. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or change prices at any time without notice.

3. Product information and health disclaimer
KALM Red Root Coffee is a food product containing caffeine and Korean red ginseng. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Content on the Site is for general information only and isn’t medical advice. Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, take medication or are sensitive to caffeine. Don’t use the product if you’re under 18.

4. Orders and payment
We can refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent or are placed by resellers. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll refund you. You agree to give us accurate and current purchase and account information.

5. Pricing and promotions
Prices are in US dollars and may change. Sale prices, discounts and bundle offers are available only for the period shown and can’t be combined unless we say so. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel orders placed at that price.

6. Subscriptions
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on your selected schedule until you cancel. You can skip, change or cancel anytime before your next billing date from your account (Manage Subscription), or by emailing care@kalmcoffee.com. Cancelling stops future charges. It doesn’t refund orders that have already been processed, except as our Refund Policy allows.

7. Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and 30-day money-back guarantee.

8. Intellectual property
All Site content, including text, images, logos, product names and designs, belongs to KALM or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

9. Reviews and submissions
If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you give us permission to use, display and share that content in connection with our business. You confirm the content is your own and is truthful.

10. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to collect other users’ information.

11. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or use third-party services. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, except those that can’t be excluded under law.

To the fullest extent the law allows, KALM won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

14. Indemnification
You agree to hold KALM harmless from claims that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where KALM is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

16. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
